The January 6 Committee is now sharing evidence with Special Counsel Jack Smith in an effort to take down Trump.
The J-6 panel’s so-called grand finale was a total bust so now they are sharing witness interview transcripts and other records with Jack Smith’s team of 20+ angry DOJ lawyers.
The sham J-6 panel approved a criminal referral for Trump to the DOJ which wasn’t even worth the paper it wasn’t printed on.
It was all for headlines.
Jack Smith however is going to harass Trump in an effort to derail his 2024 presidential run.

The House Jan. 6 committee is now sharing evidence with federal prosecutors, who for months were critical of the panel for refusing to send over witness interview transcripts and other information, a person familiar with the communications said Wednesday.
The committee’s sharing of investigatory material with the Justice Department and the office of Special Counsel Jack Smith started even before Monday’s unanimous public vote to refer former President Donald Trump for criminal prosecution and forward its investigative findings, according to the person, who asked not to be named to discuss matters that aren’t yet public.
Precisely which of the hundreds of witness interview transcripts and other evidence the committee has already sent to the Justice Department or whether the referral against Trump on four criminal counts has been transmitted was not described by the person familiar.
The Justice Department didn’t immediately respond for comment but Attorney General Merrick Garland has said the department wants all evidence collected by the committee as the special counsel begins assessing whether Trump should be charged with federal crimes.
“We would like to have all the transcripts and all the other evidence collected by the committee so that we can use it in the ordinary course of our investigations,” Garland told reporters last month. “We are asking for access to all of the transcripts.”
Jack Smith, who is currently is Europe recovering from a biking accident, is moving full steam ahead with his probes into whether Trump committed crimes.
The special counsel investigation was supposed to focus on whether Trump broke the law when he took White House records to Mar-a-Lago and the other part of the probe is related to January 6.
However, Jack Smith has now expanded his investigation and is looking into Trump’s efforts to fight the massive 2020 election fraud operation in key swing states.
Last week it was reported that Jack Smith subpoenaed Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin officials for their communications with Trump in his effort to contest the 2020 election.
Jack Smith also issued subpoenas to secretaries of state in Michigan and Arizona as he expands his fishing expedition.
The subpoenas were issued to Soros-backed Jocelyn Benson and Katie Hobbs as part of Jack Smith’s investigation into Trump’s effort to contest the 2020 election.
